During the shelter-in-place, I've been catching up on shows I've been meaning to watch and books I've been meaning to read.

So, I've dived into Jessica Simpson's Open Book. It's been a nostalgic trek through time reading about her career from her mortifying tryout for the Mickey Mouse Club, to Newlyweds, the mom jeans drama and now to her current life. 

I realized the poor thing has been through SO much!

Simpson just turned 40 last week, so to honor her... this throwback is for her!

                           This past Saturday, Ashlee Simpson's debut album Autobiography turned 15 years old. The album made all of us want to be Jessica Simpson's punk-rock little sister. I even rocked the bangs and went darker myself!

Kim Kardashian Pregnant with Kanye West's Baby

Kimye, Imma let you finish. But Beyonce and Jay-Z had the best celebrity birth of all time.
E! news confirms with reps from the Kardashian family that Kim is 12 weeks pregnant and Kanye West is the father!
Guess she didn't have to freez her eggs after all?
However, it wasn't Kardashian who spilled the beans...it was Kanye!
During his Atlantic City show on Sunday night, West decided to announce that Kim was expecting to all his fans during his Atlantic City concert on Sunday.
Now it makes sense, why Kim and Yeezy have been seen going to and from the doctors office lately!
It's cute that both baby Kimye-to-be will be close in age to her niece, baby Penelope Dissick!
One thing though isn't mentioned....Kim is STILL married to ex-hubby Kris Humphries.
Hmm....wonder how he feels about it?
Also, poor Jessica Simpson. Just when the media has their full attention on her second pregnancy....it's once again snatched away!

Jessica Simpson Confirms Pregnancy

The rumors are true.
Jessica Simpson is pregnant and she once again revealed it on a holiday....and via the internet. Simpson tweeted this photo to her fans with the message "Merry Christmas from my family to yours".
She's pretty cleaver. This time using daughter Maxwell with a message written in the sand that the (almost) 8 month old will be a big sister.
This will be the second child for Simpson and her fiance Eric Johnson.
A source tells US Weekly (who broke the story last month), that this pregnancy "wasn't planned".

I personally find it hilarious that Jessica withheld her V-card for so long....only to have two babies out of wed-lock...and just a few months ago Papa Joe was accused of having a gay lover.

Ahhh....the irony.

Well, it's about freaking time! It seems like Miss Simpson has been pregnant forever, beating Mariah Carey's record.

Jessica gave birth to Maxwell Drew Johnson and from the announcement above, she's a big'un. No wonder Jess was huge....but that name I don't understand. Sure, it's not Apple or Dot or Blue, but whatever happened to giving girls girl names and boys boy names.
Reports say, "The name Maxwell has a family history from dad Eric Johnson's side -- it's his middle name and his grandmother's surname. Drew is the maiden name of Jessica's mother, Tina Simpson."
In an interview while pregnant Jessica had mentioned that her baby would be big because her fiancee is an athlete. So, with Baby Maxwell's athletic genes and boy-name.....is Jessica setting up her fate?

Now we can all look forward to Simpson's Weight Watchers commercials whining about how hard it will be to get back to her Daisy Duke shape and how she'll once again have a love/hate relationship with her confidence.

We all thought Britney was ugly pregnant, until.....Jessica Simpson's been knocked-up.
She's just letting it all go until her Weight Watcher's promotion begins, isn't she?

To add to her schtick of "I'm confident, now......No! Wait I'm not again!" Her and her preggo self pose for the cover of Elle in the nude  (Hell, Demi Moore circa-1990s), to once again prove how being pregnant has given her, her long lost confidence back.

Personally, I give pregnant women credit for all the hardships they face for 9-10months. Someday I will bear a child and will probably give Britney and Jessica a run for their money.
I mean, HELLO! Eating for TWO for almost a year!? Sign me up!

I'm just over Jessica Simpson....well...I've been over her since 2005. I'm tired of her and her camp's desperations to try to make her relevant....and I don't find her cover photo tasteful. She should've posed for it a month or two ago.
Look. Jess. Your clothing line is on-point. Just stick to that.

But, with that being said. Congratulations on your baby girl!

Poor J. Simpson, Kim Kardashian took the spotlight away from her announcement that she's expecting.
The popstar/designer took to her website to break the news, but I'm sure....only like 100 people saw it on her page, so she tweeted it.

"It's true, I'm going to be a mummy!"

According to various bloggers and gossip columnists the news has been known for weeks...but since not one media outlet wanted to drop $500k for the exclusive interview....Simpson decided to let us all in the know for free.
Damn, when is Papa Joe gonna just give it up!? Noone's cared about Jessica since 2005.
Sidenote: Interesting how this broad waited to have sex until marriage....only to have a love-child years later.
