People magazine is reporting the surrogate the family found is now pregnant with the couple's third child.
We all know, Kim wasn't able to carry a child again due to serious complications from her previous pregnancies. Having another would put her and the baby at great risk.
TMZ is reporting the baby is a girl and is due in late-January.

Taylor Swift Wins Assault Lawsuit Against Groping DJ

A jury in Denver sided with Taylor Swift in her assault lawsuit against DJ David Mueller.

The six-woman & two-man jury found Mueller guilty of groping Swift. They ordered Mueller to pay her $1 in damages per her lawsuit against him.

The incident happened at a meet-and-greet before a 2013 concert in Denver, Taylor accused the DJ of grabbing her backside under her skirt.

Mueller then sued Swift claiming the accusations had caused him to lost his job. He sued Swift for up to $3 million, saying the allegation cost him his job, then came Swift's counter suit for assault and battery.

After her victory, Swift released this statement:

The verdict ended a 6-day trial in which the singer's bodyguard and mother testified.

Letting it Burn: Usher Faces Second STD Lawsuit

After the entire world found out R&B singer, Usher Raymond, paid a woman $1.1M for allegedly infecting her knowingly with herpes, another woman has stepped forward.

Usher is now facing a $10M lawsuit from a different woman who says he infected her too.

According to TMZ:
Usher had sex with a woman earlier this year who had no idea he was exposing her to Herpes ... according to a new lawsuit she's filed for millions of dollars.

According to the suit, filed by a Jane Doe, she and Usher hooked up in Atlanta on April 16 at her home. She says there was some heavy petting, some kissing, and she performed oral sex on him. They eventually had intercourse, and she says he wore a condom.

However, in the docs, obtained by TMZ, she says they had sex again 12 days later -- this time in a New Orleans hotel room -- and they did not use a condom.

Cut to this month ... when Jane Doe says she read news reports about Usher admitting in docs, connected to an earlier legal case, that he has Herpes Simplex 2.

In this new suit, the woman does not say she's infected. She is concerned because she was "exposed" and says she wouldn't have had sex with Usher if he'd disclosed he has the virus.

She's suing "U.R. IV" -- Usher Raymond IV -- for negligence, battery and emotional distress ... and is seeking at least $10 million in damages.

We've reached out Usher's reps, but haven't heard back yet.

Gross.

Are we at all surprise Usher's got STDs. This dude has been running through the ladies since 1997.

Here's hoping these ladies get the medical attention they need and for Usher to keep to himself and his wife.

Sir Rod Stewart Apologizes for Mocking Terrorist Beheading on Instagram

According to TMZ
 Sir Rod (and my family's favorite singer) apologized for mocking an ISIS beheading in the desert outside Abu Dhabi.
The video shows Rod, his wife, Penny, and friends climbing a sand dune. One of the friends gets on his knees in front of Rod ... who pretends to cut off the man's head. Penny posted the video ... but deleted it a few hours later, after the immediate backlash started.

The 72 year old issued an apology to The Guardian saying, From re-enacting the Beatles’ Abbey Road crossing to spontaneously playing out Game Of Thrones, we were simply larking about pre-show. 

Understandably, this has been misinterpreted and I send my deepest apologies to those who have been offended.

The scene posted on the 'gram is eerily similar to the many ISIS videos that have circulated on the web.

Scottie and Larsa Pippen File for Divorce After 19 years of Marriage

 TMZ is reporting that after 19 years of marriage, NBA legend Scottie Pippen and his wife Larsa of Real Housewives of Miami fame and Kim Kardashian's bestie are filing for divorce.
In a statement posted on the celebrity gossip site, Larsa's camp says:
"After careful consideration and 19 years together, Larsa and Scottie have each filed for dissolution of their marriage. Although they are no longer to be married, Larsa remains hopeful that she and Scottie will always do what is best for their 4 beautiful children and jointly raise them with love and respect."
"She would like to thank everyone for their understanding and kindly ask for privacy from the media during this difficult time of transition for her family."
The former Chicago Bull filed for divorce in Florida earlier this week. The couple have been married since 1997 and have 4 children together.
There have been various reports that Larsa has been seeing Future, but since that information has been released Larsa claims they're just friends.
Future should permanently stay friend-zoned.

Bay Area Woman Accused of Stalking Kris Jenner and Family

36 year old Christina Bankston from Newark, CA is out on $20,000 bond after allegedly terrorizing Kris Jenner for six months in 2014. The former nursing assistant is charged in a 15 count indictment. 

She cyberbullied Kris Jenner,Caitlyn Jenner, two unnamed family members and two of her assistants in that time.
She would send texts messages to Caitlyn pretending she was Kris. She hacked into Kris' iCloud and Instagram account pretending to be the momager. She would harass Kris via text and claimed she had a sex tape of her.
She would text her ""Look somewhere on your car...There's a tracking device lol lol. Well do you like the cameras don't you? I have private intimate shots of you too :) :)"
In the indictment, Bankston told police that Jenner's sister was attempting to commit suicide and would tell Jenner that she's want to see her naked and have sex with her.
Bankston is charged with six federal counts of stalking, four counts of computer hacking and one count of extortion by threat and four counts of aggravated identity theft.

TMZ broke news about the stalker back in 2014 when Bankston's hotel room at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills was raided by the FBI. They also found this creepy video of her on a ride at Disneyland expressing her love for Kris.

Every late 90s-early 00s teenage girl's relationship goal was to find the Gavin to her Gwen and on Monday after 13 years of marriage....the couple is heading to divorce court.
This may seem like a long time coming.

Gavin, who's repped by disso-queen Laura Wasser, filed his response at the same time, and he's also asking for joint custody. It's clear the petition and response were orchestrated to be filed simultaneously.
Sources tell TMZ there is no prenup, so the 50/50 California community property laws kick in. 45-year-old Gwen is worth a reported $80 million, and 49-year-old Gavin's worth an estimated $35 million. Given the length of the marriage, that will probably all go into one pot before it's divided.

Looks like Yeezy and Kimmy are more alike that we thought! And, it turns out people who have viewed the tapes are impressed by the artist.
However, West's legal team is sending out cease and desist letters left and right to ban the publication of pictures and footage of the tape.
Supposedly it was stolen from West's computer.

Allhiphop.com obtained a copy of the document Kanye’s lawyer Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman sent out saing:
“The screen shot as well as the tape from which the screen shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer… Posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen screen shot and/or other materials on the tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s privacy and publicity.”
The letter goes on to threaten legal action against anyone who publishes the images and demands information about who has been offering the tape for sale.

According to Radar Online, who exclusively reported the story says:

The tape is nearly 20 minutes long and appears to have been shot in a hotel room with an unidentified female who clearly states at the beginning of the video that she's 18 years old.
The woman also confesses to Kanye that she is married and claims, "My husband and I don't have sex anymore… that's why I'm here!" With her bodacious curves, dusky skin and long black hair the woman is a definite dead ringer for Kim Kardashian
RadarOnline.com has seen the tape in full and can verify without a doubt that it is Kanye in the footage.
During the couple's steamy sex romp, they never kiss and don't interact any further than simply doing the deed, in various positions throughout and with Kanye wearing a condom.
Kanye is clearly aware the romp is being filmed because you can see that he's the one who set up the camera in the beginning and at the end he looks directly into it before switching it off.
According to a San Fernando sex industry insider, the video was shot sometime shortly before Kanye started dating Kim and he is terrified of the tape getting out.
"The sex tape is being shopped right now and there's a lot of interest, but Kanye is freaking out!" the insider revealed.
"He doesn't want this tape out and will do anything to make sure it stays private.
"If this were to hit the market it would be worth a fortune… there would definitely be a lot of people wanting to see this!

The insider concludes by telling RadarOnline.com: "Kanye was practically in tears when he heard the tape was being shopped."

Seriously, I saw this coming when Tom jumped on Oprah's couch 6 years ago. I can't stand Tom Cruise and I'm sure Katie got over him too. I mean, c'mon....it isn't 1991 anymore.

According to TMZ:

Katie Holmes is the one who filed for divorce and Tom Cruise was "blindsided" by Katie's legal move ... TMZ has learned.

We know Katie filed the divorce docs in New York on June 28, citing "irreconcilable differences." She is asking for sole legal custody and "primary residential custody" of the couple's 6-year-old daughter, Suri.

We also know Katie is asking for a "suitable amount" of child support .. this according to the divorce docs.

Katie also asks for a division of property in her divorce docs, although we know there was a significant prenup that is based on California law. Katie makes no mention of the prenup in her filing.

We're told Tom is "very sad" and "did not see this coming." He was spotted wearing his wedding ring just this week while filming in Iceland. Interestingly, Katie also wore her ring this week.

We're also told there is some "nastiness" here, evidenced by Katie's move to get sole legal custody.

Tom's rep has released a statement saying, "Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children. Please allow them their privacy to work this out."
