Kim Kardashian West Posts NSFW Photos and Lindsay Lohan Feels a Type of Way

Instagram: @KimKardashianWest

On Monday afternoon Kim Kardashian West went on a photo-posting spree on Instagram with a bevy of photos of her sporting a g-string, white Henley, beaded braids and a flawlessly made up face.
Kim teased the shoot a few days earlier on Snapchat with a racy photo that's similar to the one above.

Okay, Kim we get it!
You look great and we all want to hire Melissa as our trainer! But I totally don't get what these photos are for and why she's in a basic AF bedroom.

Judging by those tagged in this shoot, these aren't basic Polaroids during a raunchy weekend in a motel.
Before we get into the shoot, a couple things got the internet upset over these photos...and it wasn't because of lack of clothing.

Some felt by Kim saying the braids were paying homage to 70's actress Bo Derek is incorrect. Critics say these are actually cornrows and that hairstyle has been around for YEARS before Derek debuted them in the 70's film 10.
Actually, back in 2015 Derek came to the rescue to fellow KarJenner sister, Kylie, who sported cornrows and was accused of cultural-appropriation. To that, Derek claimed it was stupid and it's just a hairdo. But is it though!?

Others say these are in fact, African braids called Fulani braids.
The hairstyle has been popular among Fulani people in West Africa and East Africa for centuries.

If that wasn't enough, when Perez Hilton posted a photo of Kim's selfie donning the braids, Lindsay Lohan claimed her look was confusing, to which KKW clapped back.....hard by commenting, "you know whats confusing...your sudden foreign accent."
The internet and even Perez DIED at the exchange.

Peep the other photos Kim bombarded us with on Instagram on Monday afternoon. I can't hate, her body does look amazing....but the poses and what-not.....make me....uncomfortable. Maybe it will all make sense once we see the shoot.

Cosmo's Helen Gurley Brown Dies at 90

timeentertainment
Women all over the U.S. have lost an icon. The editor of our favorite guilty-pleasure and the woman who famously said, My own philosophy is if you're not having sex, you're finished. It separates the girls from the old people, has died.

NEW YORK (AP) -- Helen Gurley Brown, the longtime editor of Cosmopolitan magazine who invited millions of women to join the sexual revolution, has died. She was 90. Brown died Monday at a hospital in New York after a brief
hospitalization, Hearst CEO Frank A. Bennack, Jr. said in a statement. "Sex and the Single Girl," her grab-bag book of advice, opinion, and anecdote on why being single shouldn't mean being sexless, made a celebrity of the 40-year-old advertising copywriter in 1962. Three years later, she was hired by Hearst Magazines to turn around the languishing Cosmopolitan and it became her bully pulpit for the next 32 years.
She said at the outset that her aim was to tell a reader "how to get everything out of life -- the money, recognition, success, men, prestige, authority, dignity -- whatever she is looking at through the glass her nose is pressed against."
"It was a terrific magazine," she said, looking back when she surrendered the editorship of the U.S. edition in 1997. "I would want my legacy to be, `She created something that helped people.' My reader, I always felt, was someone who needed to come into her own."
Along the way she added to the language such terms as "Cosmogirl" -- hip, sexy, vivacious and smart -- and "mouseburger," which she coined first in describing herself as a plain and ordinary woman who must work relentlessly to make herself desirable and successful.

Celebrities like Lena Dunhan, Marlo Thomas and Ann Curry all tweeted their sadness over this loss for women everywhere.

We'll miss you Helen! Thanks for being such an icon!
