The Cut puts the specific bag's cost at $40,000, but has "no guess on what he paid Condo," calling it "the ugliest bag in the history of civilization."

West fans may find this painting similar to the art work on the artist's  2010 My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album cover. West commissioned Condo to do 5 separate album covers including one that was banned from iTunes and Wal-Mart.
Followers of Kim's on instagram didn't feel the same way about the bag calling it: "disgusting", "I guess it's true what they say money can't buy you class. YIKES!"
Although this present requires a certain kind of taste, Kim has been seen proudly sporting it while out and about...and in the end that's all that matters.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom Head for Divorce

On Friday the 13th, nonetheless....Khloe Kardashian has filed for divorce.
The couple have been married for a little over 4 years after a 30 day courtship. The past 6 months, Kardashian and Odom have been suffering from marital woes stemming from Odom's drug abuse among cheating rumors.
I really thought this couple was going to make it, until the news of Lam Lam's drug habit were made public. Interesting though, I love Khloe...but if you watch old episodes of KUWTK she was very critical of her sisters' partners, but all the while she was covering up her husband's addiction.
Guess you never know what a person is actually going through.

"The papers  cited the usual "irreconcilable differences," according to TMZ, which first reported the news. Khloe's asking that the "Odom" be removed from her legal name, seeking no spousal support and requesting that he seek none from her, said the website, which also noted that there was a hard-core prenup in place, making the divorce a relatively simple thing.
Simple compared to, say, the drama that surrounded sister Kim's divorce from Kris Humphries after only 72 days of marriage. That split took more than a year and a half to finalize."

Jay Z announced via his blog Life + Times that starting December 3rd he was going to adopt a vegan lifestyle for 22 days. He decided to do this a day before his 44th birthday, and we all know how much 4 means to the couple.

"Psychologists have said it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. On the 22nd day, you’ve found the way.
On December 3rd, one day before my 44th birthday I will embark on a 22 Days challenge to go completely vegan, or as I prefer to call it, plant-based!! This all began a few months back when a good friend and vegan challenged me to embrace a “plant-based breakfast” every day. It was surprisingly easier on me than I thought…
Why now? There’s something spiritual to me about it being my 44th birthday and the serendipity behind the number of days in this challenge; 22 (2+2=4) coupled with the fact that the challenge ends on Christmas day…It just feels right!
So you can call it a spiritual and physical cleanse. I will post my progress… Any professional vegans out there that have any great food spots please help out! Please ha. Kardashian Christmas Kard 2013

It's that time of year again and the Kardashian-Jenner clan have debuted their Khristmas card for 2013.
Instead of using family friend photographer like in previous years, this time the reality star family hired David LaChapelle.
Known for his extravagant photo-shoots and sets, this year's photo takes the cake!
Set in a Post-Apocalyptic world of pop-culture, shows tabloid covers of the family scattered on the floor, a broken staircase, Bruce Jenner's gold medals hanging around randomly and television screens flashing images of the Kardashian-Jenners as well as graffiti of Kim, Khloe and Kourtney.
This photo could actually portray the family's current situation considering Rob, Scott and Lamar aren't in the pictures and the public getting annoyed by the family. Could this photo signify the fall of the Kardashian-Jenner Dynasty? 
Maybe I'm just getting ahead of myself.

Anyway, the girls look absolutely gorgeous. However, if you watched the Kardashian Holiday special, there was some drama behind the shoot. LaChapelle didn't want to have Kourtney's kids in the shoot, Rob supposedly felt insecure about his weight and didn't want to be photographed. Scott opted out. Lamar was in the middle of marital issues with Khloe, so he was a no-show. Kanye was on tour. So, LaChapelle just suggested just the girls be in the photo. Bruce got his feelings hurt because the family has been doing this for over 20 years and just because he and Kris are separated, he felt they were still family.
So, in the end you have this photo minus Kanye, Lamar, Scott, Rob and Baby North- whom nobody addressed in the episode explaining why she wasn't in it.

Actor Paul Walker Dies in Car Crash

Paul Walker died in a fiery car crash Saturday afternoon. The 40 year old actor was in the passenger seat of a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT who was driven by a racing team partner and friend, Roger Rodas. Rodas hit a tree and light pole says witnesses and the car burst into flames in Santa Clarita, about 30 miles north of Hollywood.

The Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station confirms in a statement to Us Weekly:

"That there were two fatalities in a traffic collision at approximately 3:30 p.m. Saturday. When deputies arrived, the vehicle was engulfed in flames. The Los Angeles Country Fire Department estinguished the flames, and two victims were prononced dead at the scene. The Coroner's Office is currently determining the identities of the victims, and the collision is still under investigation. A source also confirms to Us that Walker was the passenger at the time, and was not the one driving."

The Mirror reports The eight-year-old son of Roger Rodas bravely tried to save his dad as flames engulfed the supercar following the crash which killed The Fast and Furious star Paul Walker.

The boy jumped a fence and ran over to the burning car in a desperate bid to free his trapped father.

Fans around the world are saddened by the devastating news. Walker was in Santa Clarita for a charity event to aid Filipino victims of Typhoon Haiyan for his organization Reach Out Worldwide, formed in 2010 as a quick response first-aid organization.

Walker leaves behind a 15 year old daughter, Meadow. She moved to California from Hawaii a few years ago to be closer to her father.

The D in Pauly DelVecchio can now stand for "daddy".

The Jersey Shore star has revealed he has a baby girl just a few months old.

According to TMZ , "the mother is a 26 year old from Jersey"but hooked up with the DJ while in Vegas last year. "The mom has filed court docs in New Jersey to formally establish paternity." The celeb gossip site says they've learned the 33-year old has taken a DNA test and is indeed the father.

DelVecchio says he's "very excited"  and has "always wanted kids". "I'm proud I'm a father," the reality TV alum, real name Paul DelVecchio, told TMZ. "I am excited to embark on this new part of my life."

DelVecchio is the second castmember from the MTV reality show with a baby. Maybe his little girl will become BFFs with Snooki's son, Lorenzo.

I'm sure those little ones will be fist-pumpin' and GTL-ing before we know it.

Congrats to Pauly D. on his baby girl and for stepping in and being a dad!

Kanye West has popped the question to girlfriend of over a year, Kim Kardashian.
In true Yeezy fashion, he did it in elaborate fashion! He rented out AT&T park in San Francisco, hired a 50-piece orchestra and brought in all of their close friends and family. AT&T park is home to the San Francisco Giants.
How'd he actually ask the reality star? By having the scoreboard read: Pleeease Marry Meee!!!

A Little Bit of My Family History

The Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation just recently did a short story on my paternal grandfather's journey to America.
Watching this means so much to me because it just makes me so proud of my family's story.

Sad to say we saw this one coming, but didn't think it would actually happen.
E! confirms with the couple that they are indeed separating after 22 years of marriage.
"We are living separately and we are much happier this way," the pair exclusively tell E! News.
"But we will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority."
Kris and Bruce are parents to two children together, Kendall and Kylie, and each have four kids from previous marriages.

For anybody who watches the show, can tell this marriage was a little rocky. However, just last year the two shutdown rumors of marital problems saying they just laughed them off.
This news comes on the heels of Khloe's own issues with Lamar and speculation E! may cancel the show due to tanking ratings. 
Here's hoping they work it out.

The moment every Britney fan has been waiting for.
Brit Brit has announced her Piece of Me Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood.
Is it me? Or is Britney a little too young to have a residency in Las Vegas? I mean c'mon! She's not Rod Stewart.
The 31 year old Pop Goddess revealed on GMA that she will begin her 2 year residency in Sin City  with about 50 shows each year.
The news of Spears' residency comes just days after her latest single Work Bitch was leaked online.

Though I feel Britney is too young to have a residency, I'm for sure going to make it out to LV to see her perform! Her new single  Work Bitch is amazing!

She's not twerking this time. But Miley is still continuing to shock us. Her new single/video from her upcoming album Bangerz is a ballad that's heart-wrenching and you can't help but wonder if it's about her on-again-off-again relationship with Liam Hemsworth. Sources say Hemsworth wanted a "clean break" from Miley after her VMA performance, while others say the song totally isn't about him.
Whatever inspired the song, it's very powerful and you guys get to see Miley straddling a wrecking ball naked. What's even more uncomfortable is that her DAD tweeted in support of it!

According to the New York Post, which first reported the reunion, his former bandmates were all spotted in the VIP section of Timberlake's concert with Jay-Z at Sun Life Stadium in Miami Friday night, alongside Timberlake's wife, Jessica Biel, and mom Lynn Harless.
Sunday's performance will mark the first time the bandmates have performed together on TV since the 2003 Grammy Awards, when they took part in a tribute to the Bee Gees, reports the Biography Channel.

'NSYNC sat at the top of the pop world for much of the late '90s and early 2000s – at times alongside rival boy band Backstreet Boys – and throughout their career they sold tens of millions of records to their ardent fans.

They went on hiatus after their 2002 Celebrity tour, but never ruled out the possibility of getting back together.

"I think when the stars are aligned, the time is right, and all five of us have our heads on straight and know the direction we're going as a band, it'll eventually happen," Kirkpatrick told PEOPLE in 2009. "If not, I know we'll be best friends forever."

J.T. will be honored with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award at this year's VMA's, and leads in overall nominations.
The awards ceremony will be the first in Brooklyn at the Barclay's Center.

Interesting how rappers NOT mentioned in this verse are firing at Lamar, and those include Lupe Fiasco, B.o.B., and Joell Ortiz.
In SLR 2, Lupe Fiasco rapped, "N---- you ain't Nas, n---- you ain't Jay Z/You will respect me, you will reject me/But I've done so much, no matter how far you go, you will reflect me."

After so many teasers, Katy Perry has released her single Roar.
It comes with a cute lyric video, which you can sing along to! The lyrics are displayed in a unique way, using part text/ part emoji and these are all displayed on an iPhone.
Gotta love technology!
This song has such a huge message, it almost seems like Perry is sticking it to ex- Russel Brand.

In her teaser for Applause, she declares herself over....well, the 47 second clip is labeled" Lady Gaga is Over: A Film by Haus of Gaga. 
The teaser says: 

"If you don't like pop music, you should turn this off."
"Lady Gaga is no longer relevant."
"Ever since Born This Way, she's a flop."
"DO NOT buy her new single 'Applause' on iTunes."
"Give her no A-P-P-L-A-U-S-E."
"DON'T dance to the song at all."

Okay, enough with the teasers already!
Can it be August 12th yet because I cannot wait to hear Katy Perry's new song Roar.
The anticipation from these teasers is killing me!
I think having teasers for fans is an amazing marketing tool artists have been using lately.
Roar is the new single off of Perry's upcoming album Prism, which is due out in October.
From the looks of these short videos, Perry is saying goodbye to her Cotton-Candyland phase and entering back to her roots Circa 2007-8!

James Gandolfini Dies in Italy at 51

HBO confirms Wednesday that the star of The Sopranos has died in Italy, possibly of a heart attack.
Gandolfini was only 51 years old, and was in Italy to attend the Taormina Film Festival.
"The New Jersey-born actor is survived by his wife, Deborah Lin, their daughter and a son from a previous marriage."
Such sad news.
Prayers go out to his family.

Kanye West Debuts "American Psycho" Inspired Trailer for "Yeezus"

If you're not too excited to buy Yeezy's new album to help feed his un-named child, this trailer may sway your decision.
It stars Scott "Lord" Disick and Kim K.'s BFF Jonathan Cheban mimicking a famous scene from the movie American Psycho.

Personally, this kind of freaked me out. Because, along with some of the titles on the record....and this trailer....it seems like Mr. West is angry....but then again....isn't he always?

Miley Cyrus Debuts Video for "We Can't Stop"

This video is a complete mind-F*$k.
It's just hard to see Hannah Montana all grown up, but the song is great and the party in the video looks like a blasty blast. It light-weight reminds me of this Fiona Apple video.

Jay-Z Announces New Album "Magna Carta Holy Grail"

For those of you watching the NBA Finals Sunday night, you most likely caught the commercial that Jay-Z will be releasing his 12th studio album this summer!
For those of you who missed it:


Makes sense, considering he'll be kicking off the Legends tour with Justin Timberlake this summer too.
What makes this album unique is that Jay will be teaming up with Samsun to promote the album.
Hov is such a marketing genius!
According to the New York Times:
"... the company is giving away a million copies to its cellphone subscribers as a promotion.
Jay-Z, the Brooklyn rapper, announced the deal with a three-minute commercial during halftime of the NBA finals on Sunday night. The album, “Magna Carta Holy Grail,” will come out on July 7, but it will be made available free three days earlier to Samsung subscribers through a mobile application."
